Buttercup is one of the PowerPuff Girls. In both the American and Japanese versions, Buttercup is a huge tomboy despising dresses. Buttercup's signature color is light green. Buttercup is the strongest out of the three girls. In Powerpuff Girls Z Buttercup wields a hammer which niether Blossom Z or Bubbles Z were able to pick up together. Buttercup Z on the other hand is able to pick up and wield the hammer one handed, She even on one occasion picked up a fully loaded van one handed in a compitition of strength againist Billy (Z) of the Gang Green Gang (Z). Buttercup's special talenet in the original series is that she is the only one in Townsville that can roll her tounge.
